Town of Plover Residents
Dog Licenses Due By March 31st
To obtain a license for your dog, a copy of your dog’s current rabies vaccination certificate (prepared by a veterinarian) must be provided.
Dog licenses may be obtained in person at the Town of Plover Town Hall at 5081 Hoover Avenue South, Plover, by appointment. Please call 715-344-7684.
OR
Leave the current rabies certificate (or copy) along with the appropriate fee in the drop box to the right of the main entry door of the Town of Plover Town Hall.
OR
Mail the current rabies certificate (or copy) along with the appropriate fee to:

Rabies certificates left in the drop box or mailed in will be mailed back to residents along with the license(s) and tag(s).
The Portage County Ordinance requires that all dogs must be licensed and have a current valid rabies vaccination by March 31st of each year or upon reaching five months of age. LICENSES ISSUED AFTER MARCH 31ST WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 LATE FEE.
