NOTICE TO TOWN OF PLOVER RESIDENTS

DOG LICENSES DUE BY MARCH 31, 2010

Portage County Ordinance requires that by March 31^st of each year or upon reaching 5 months of age all dogs must be licensed and have a current valid rabies vaccination.  Licenses issued from April 1 on will include an ADDITIONAL $5.00 LATE FEE.

Dog licenses for the Town of Plover may be obtained at the Town Office at 5081 Hoover Avenue – South, Plover.  Hours are Monday thru Friday from 7 to 10:30AM and from 1 to 4PM.  If you have questions, call 344-7684.

A current copy of your dog’s rabies vaccination certificate as provided by the veterinarian must be provided - if you wish a license.

License fees are:               Spayed or Neutered                    $  8.00

                                                Unspayed or Unneutered         $18.00

Licenses can be obtained by mail.  Simply mail the rabies certificate (or copy) along with the appropriate license fee to:

The rabies certificate contains all the information necessary; it will be returned along with the license and tag – by return mail.
